What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a talented, passionate Lash Technician who takes pride in their work and provides top-tier client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workspace
- Provide consultations and recommend styles based on client needs
- Ensure excellent customer service and client retention
- Stay up-to-date with lash trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Illinois required)
- Experience with lash extensions (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Ability to build and maintain a clientele
