We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients. Duties
Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Sanitate tools and workstations to uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the salon.
Utilize barbering techniques and straight razor skills for precision cuts.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care.
Maintain accurate records using salon software for appointments, client preferences, and inventory management.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products.
Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions as needed.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with experience in barbering preferred.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and trust.
Experience with salon software for scheduling and inventory management is a plus.
Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment is essential.
Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a positive client experience.
Mentoring skills to guide less experienced team members effectively.
Familiarity with eyelash extension application is advantageous but not required.
