Job Context:

Lead the execution of Group’s organizational development and culture agenda across geographies by driving end-to-end performance and talent management cycles, implementing organization-wide interventions in HR systems and processes, including workplace culture, and strengthening a high-performance, value-driven culture. This role is responsible for translating people strategy into disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and consistent delivery across the organization to enable scalable talent frameworks and a high-performance, future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of transformation initiatives through structured plans.
  • Drive communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of key organizational changes.
  • Track progress of change initiatives and ensure effective implementation across geographies.
  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of HR systems to support core people processes.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of digital HR tools and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy whilst securing data integrity, system discipline, and alignment of HR processes with digital workflows.
  • Generate and analyze key HR metrics including performance, attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to drive functional & organizational strategy whilst improving efficiency Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR data and reporting.
  • Manage OD interventions including restructuring, workforce redesign , role design & change management.
  • Implement frameworks & initiatives for organizational effectiveness, agility, productivity & capability building.
  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Support design and implementation of organization structures aligned to business strategy including tracking and reporting impact through defined metrics.
  • Drive a strong, value-driven global culture aligned to the organization’s purpose through developing & implementing global employee experience strategies across the lifecycle and support delivery of employee experience initiatives across all locations.
  • Drive execution of employee engagement strategies across regions and monitor employee sentiment and drive action planning including surveys and structured action planning across functions.
  • Drive diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives measurable outcomes.
  • Implement initiatives that strengthen performance culture, belonging, accountability, and alignment and Monitor engagement outcomes and lead timely closure of action plans.
  • Own end-to-end execution of the Group Performance Management System (PMS) across all geographies – including goal setting, KPI updates and cascading, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Run mid-term and annual performance cycles with strong discipline and adherence to timelines whilst facilitating performance reviews and calibration discussions with business leads.
  • Track performance outcomes and drive processes for Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and ensure PMS is system-enabled, data-driven, and audit-ready.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and standards across geographies.
  • Support HR audit readiness, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive standardization of HR processes while enabling local adaptability.
  • Ensure discipline in HR operations, reporting, and system usage.

Key Requirements:

  • 08 – 10 years of experience in corporate HR, organizational development and HR governance roles.
  • Proven experience in multinational environments or publicly listed companies.
  • Expertise in performance management, leadership hiring, organizational design, and HR governance.
  • Strong command in HR systems, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
