Operations:
Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner.
Assists the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day, and assigning team breaks.
Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon orders, receiving products, and ensuring inventory is accurate.
Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.
Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Training:
Assists in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols,product knowledge, selling, and compliance.
Trains new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes, including but not limited to products and services.
Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives, including service sales, product sales, membership goals, and rebook.
Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld.
Confident in having coaching conversations with team members.
May conduct product, retail, and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.
Marketing:
Assists in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, and social media content.
Position Requirements
:
1-2 years of priorleadershipexperience.
Availability to work onsite events (nights and weekends).
Preferred Requirements:
1-2 years of salon/spa experience.
1-2 years ofleadershipand customer service experience in the salon, spa, or retail industry.
