We are looking for a Unicorn for an amazing opportunity. Are you a local hair stylist specializing in coloring? are you happy with your clients but feel drawn to grow as a leader snd help teach other stylists what you know? Do you want a better atmosphere or culture than your current salon?
Imagine having the opportunity to grow your current clientele by being the go to color specialist in our salon as we transform from a blow dry bar to a full service salon.
Allowing you to also grow as a leader and help train other stylists looking to learn color.
MUST BE
– willing to help createand train other newer stylists
– wanting to find a new home for your current clients.
– able andwillingto use oligo hair as the main color line.
– have a social media presence and willing to grow that along side the salon.
Must Have
– A cosmetology License
– 2 years behind the chair in color experience minimum
– ability to work 30 hours a week

Responsibilities
Provide color services for clients
Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed
Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
Help lead and train other stylists in both traditional and lived in color.
