Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their creativity and technical skills in hair care and styling. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, including cuts, colors, and treatments, while also offering additional beauty services such as makeup application and nail care.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals
Offer additional services such as waxing faceand body, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care when applicable.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance skills.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a salon environment is appreciated.
Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques, coloring methods, and styling tools.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in mentoring or training others is desirable but not required.
Knowledge of nail care practices, barbering techniques, and eyelash extension application is an advantage.
