What You’ll Do
- Act as our spa’s lead / trainer and ensure the team is meeting its goals
- Perform high‑quality facial and skincare services while consulting with clients and build personalized treatment plans
- Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
- Build long‑term client relationships through education and results
What We’re Looking For
- Active Esthetician license (state‑required)
- Proven retail and in‑room upgrade performance
- Sales‑focused, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated
- Professional, reliable, and team‑driven
- Liability insurance required
