Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, and intricate nail art designs.
- Lead and inspire the nail technician team, providing guidance on techniques, customer service, and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene standards and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.
- Manage nail service inventory, track stock levels, and recommend product orders to management.
- Consult with clients to assess nail health, discuss design preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician .
- Demonstrated expertise in various nail enhancement techniques and artistic nail design.
