Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert manicures, pedicures, artificial nail enhancements (gel, acrylic), and intricate nail art.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences, nail health, and desired designs.
- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nail technicians, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient client flow through the nail services area.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and technologies in the industry.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory levels for nail supplies and products.
Requirements
- A recognized qualification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio of diverse nail work.
- Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques, including gel, acrylic, and advanced nail art.
- Exceptional attention to detail, artistic flair, and precision in all services performed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for excellent client and team interaction.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a small team is a plus.
