Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role for a Lead Personal Shopper & Stylist, with strong opportunity for growth into a management position.
The ideal candidate is highly personable, fashion-forward, sales-driven, and naturally proactive. This role requires someone who can confidently run the store independently when needed while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations
- Building strong client relationships and repeat business
- Driving sales through elevated customer service and product knowledge
- Maintaining visual merchandising and overall store presentation
- Assisting with inventory processing, organization, and management
- Supporting daily boutique operations and maintaining store standards
- Staying informed on current fashion trends, fits, and luxury/contemporary brands
We are looking for someone with strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction.

- Proven ability to drive sales and create meaningful client relationships
- Passion for fashion, styling, swimwear, and resort wear
- Strong understanding of fit, styling, and brand awareness
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong visual merchandising instincts and aesthetic sensibility
- Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Must have prior experience in fashion retail, styling, clienteling, or boutique sales
