The Lead Sales Aesthetician is responsible for a select number of Brow Bar accounts including Conestoga Mall, Stone Road Mall and Cambridge Mall, supporting the Retail Account Manager and Regional Education Manager. The Lead Sales Aesthetician will be directly responsible for the development of the Brow & Beauty Experts (BBE’s) in the assigned region. The main area of focus will include daily coaching of the Benefit Experience, and short salon services including brow, facial waxing, lamination and tinting.

The Lead Sales Aesthetician is also responsible for ensuring that the BBE’s in each location are maintaining compliance for their area and service standards set out by Health Canada. The Lead Sales Aesthetician must also provide customer service, achieve all service and product goals, and follow all Benefit and Sephora policies/procedures in their own location. The Lead Sales Aesthetician must always act as a brand ambassador.

What

You’ll Do:
Sales and Service

  • Achievement of personal sales and service goals, overcome client objections in a cheerful & professional manner.
  • Demonstrate, recommend, and sell Benefit products.
  • Perform short salon services, including but not limited to, brow and facial waxing, tinting, lamination and tweezing. Up-sell additional services when appropriate.
  • Service walk-in customers in a timely and efficient manner. Service all customers with a sense of urgency, remembering we are never ‘booked’.
  • Book appointments for return services and for all events. Use the online booking platform to correctly and effectively book appointments.
  • Onboard, certify, and continue to educate new BBE’s & Flexperts in partnership with your Regional Education Manager.
  • Coach and lead by example to ensure BBE teams that you are responsible for, are compliant with above mentioned for all sales and service objectives.
  • Coach BBEs on sales techniques, including how to overcome objections in a cheerful and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to Global Service Standards for Steps to Service for both you and all BBE’s within your respective region.
  • Assist in final certification module for any new BBE(s) inducted in your region.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services.
  • Maintain a professional, exuberant, bold & fun attitude so that atmosphere is playful and exciting.
  • Create and maintain a partnership with Sephora Brand Ambassadors to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

Service Supplies and Stations

  • Maintain a sanitary and organized Brow Bar and waxing areas, following benefit procedures and protocols.
  • Order any supplies that are needed in a timely manner, well before an outage occurs.
  • Follow all morning/evening opening and closing procedures, turning off workstations, straightening up work area, cleaning tester units, cutting muslin etc. (in your own home store).

Teamwork

  • Cooperate with and assist co-workers, cast members and clients.
  • Promote a professional, respectful, fun and gossip free environment for clients and employees, act with integrity and always use good judgement.
  • Help maintain hygienic and safe sales and stock areas, communicate maintenance issues to RAM, Operations Lead/Specialist.
  • Communicate inventory needs and concerns to RAM/ Sephora Account Manager.
  • Properly and accurately register all sales using the daily business record (D )
  • Communicate training needs that will result in raised sales to RAM.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company and Retailer policies and procedures.
  • Ensure locations within your region are also compliant with the above.
  • Coach and develop BBE team in the above-mentioned areas and all other team expectations and responsibilities.

Administration

  • Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures through ADP for personal timecard
  • Notify your management about absences according to company policy for personal timecard.
  • Assist RAMs in the completion of all supply, scheduling and other operational duties as assigned for your region.
  • Complete monthly call cycle schedule on time.
