SUMMARY
:
Lead Sales Associate is 5 shifts per week 30-40 hours. Position
requires
opening shifts
and
closing shifts closing shifts
some of which
will be weekend shifts. Your entire month’s schedule is completed in advance so you can maintain your work/life balance. The right candidate for this position demonstrates successful experience in sales and has an achievement mindset.

Responsibilities:
Meet membership sales goals
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
Have excellent customer service to members and guests, whilebuilding relationshipsthat last
Capable of workingflexible hours
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Bring a positive and energetic attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
Perform various other duties as assigned
