Duties
Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to offer clients the latest styles.
Utilize salon software (such as gloss genius) for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
