Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding guests needs and preferences in hair styling.
Utilize advanced hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and color theory, to deliver high-quality results.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with cosmetology standards.
Mentor junior stylists, sharing expertise in barbering and salon software, while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
Assist with retail sales and front desk operations to enhance the overall client experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
