What You’ll Do:
Support lead stylists with shampooing, blow drying, color prep, and styling
Manage daily prep and turnover for stylist stations and treatment areas
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
Oversee junior assistants and maintain efficiency during high-traffic periods
Set an example in professionalism, cleanliness, and salon readiness
What We’re Looking For:
Cosmetology school graduate or licensed in VA (preferred)
1+ year experience as a salon or stylist assistant strongly preferred
Confident, proactive, and reliable with strong attention to detail
Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow into a stylist role
Exceptional communication, time management, and teamwork skills
