What You’ll DoTo Inspire and drive the growth of our people in retail to enable them to convey the CHANEL difference and in turn, inspire our clients; in ways that constantly raise the bar in the realm of ultimate luxury, you will play a key role in the team:

As a Subject Matter Expertise and a Representative of his / her own field to:

design, create concept, content and tools as well as deliver effective learning activities to retail staff in achieving overall business & retail frontline people development objectives

contribute to the in boutique learning implementation according to boutique / cluster strategy

communicate, orchestrate and influence stakeholders locally, regionally and globally to make sure local needs & priorities being addressed while comply with the House standard and direction

Execute and cascade down the Learning Strategy and Plan as driven by Retail L & D Lead and Managers

Elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of BLENDED learning approach and DIGITAL learners’ experience which ultimately supports retail frontline on deploying The CHANEL DIFFERENCE onto the client journey and a sustainable learning culture

Be transversal to work and input collectively across ALL SME Learning Topics

Cultivate self-driven learning culture with growth & change mindset to facilitate frontline continuous growth and development

Drive & influence retail leaders to own frontline people development as well as learning implementation for strengthening and enhancing client experience

Degree is a must, advanced with up-to-date learning & development certificate / professional certification on Fashion / Beauty / Watch / Jewelry

5+ years’ experience in all round learning and development function; and coaching others

State-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning experience

Knowledge on retail, service industry, watches, jewelry, and fashion. Experience on Learning and development with multinational corporation preferable
