Are you a high impact Learning and Development Specialist looking for an opportunity where you can really make a difference to an iconic brand? An exceptional opportunity now exists to join this leading global apparel brand. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic, high energy and creative L&D professional.
In this exciting role, you will report to the National Retail Operations Manager to support the development of L&D initiatives and broader learning framework. You will be responsible for the facilitation of team development needs, assessing specific learning requirements and facilitating learning programs. You will be responsible for customising training programs for the local business needs as well as supporting the delivery of learning and development solutions to meet capability needs. With a geographically dispersed workforce, you will be adept in developing online tools that are user friendly and time effective.
You will bring relevant experience gained from doing a similar role in a multi-site retail business, with a solid background in a wide variety of L&D disciplines including facilitation, team development, capability assessment and technical writing skills. Ideally, you will have relevant formal tertiary qualifications or Certificate IV Training Assessment. Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills are essential, as is a self-motivated, high energy and driven individual. You will be adept at influencing, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders and working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. You must have a love of fashion and trends, and this will be reflected in your personal style.
