Purpose
The Learning & Development Intern supports the effective execution of digital learning and training operations by driving training completion follow-ups, maintaining LMS data accuracy, preparing training MIS reports, and assisting in learning content management. The role helps ensure timely completion of training programs, seamless learner experience, and efficient coordination with stakeholders to support organizational learning and capability development initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
1. Drive training completion follow-ups
- Track completion of assigned digital learning courses and assessments.
- Follow up with employees, store teams, trainers, and regional stakeholders for pending completions.
- Share regular completion status and highlight delays or gaps.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and support timely closure of training targets.
2. Support LMS data management
- Assist with user mapping, course allocation, employee transfers, and profile corrections.
- Verify data accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organised records of LMS related updates and requests.
3. Prepare training MIS and reports
- Download, consolidate, and clean LMS completion data.
- Track metrics such as enrolment, completion, assessment scores, attendance, and certification status.
- Support the preparation of dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
4. Assist with basic learning-content work
- Support proofreading, formatting, and updating training presentations and documents.
- Assist in creating simple quizzes, learner communications, posters, and training support material.
- Make minor content corrections based on feedback from the L&D team.
- Organise training files, images, videos, and other learning assets.
5. Provide coordination and administrative support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee data, training schedules, and completion updates.
- Maintain trackers, folders, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Support the team during digital learning launches, assessments, and certification activities.
- Perform other related L&D coordination activities as assigned.
Education
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post graduation in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
