Our HR department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

About your role:

Training Logistics: Managing materials and resources, including venue booking and online session scheduling for programs like DE&I and Discovering LOEWE – Madrid.

Content Development: Assisting in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and other learning resources to ensure they remain current and effective.

Tracking and Budgeting: Tracking training activities, invoices, and purchase orders, helping to manage the budget and streamline financial processes.

Project Support: Supporting various projects to promote a learning and D&I culture, including content updates on the Loop L&D Community and 360L registrations.

Internships at LOEWE:

You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university

If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.

Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays

You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy

About you:

Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Human Resources

Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work

High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus

Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
