Mode Search is supporting an iconic fashion luxury brand in their search for a UK & Ireland Training specialist.
Reporting to the UK Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for training retail and corporate
This is a full-time office based position within the UK & Ireland head office in Mayfair .
The Role:
Lead the development, design, and delivery of learning programs and content (including micro-learnings and e-learnings) as well as tools to support employee training and development.
Maintain a learning management system (LMS) to ensure the proper assignment of learning items and organization of programs, content, and user profiles.
Create and update procedural manuals and other training documentation following systematic updates and organizational/departmental requirements.
Create developmental courses and/or programs for specialized learning cohorts. (i.e. – District Manager in the Training program)
Identify and track measurables for training and development with the ability to report on and speak to results to key stakeholders.
Keep up with industry trends pertaining to talent development, adult learning, and LMS administration.
Updating training contents and assets as needed
Tracking L&D actions and data
Draft and design L&D-related employee communication
Establishing and managing the L&D calendar
Gather data to measure the success of initiatives and share regular reports
Tracking spending against the Training Budget and contributing to annual Budget plans & revisions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training position in High-end fashion/retail/hospitality
Great organisation skills, able to keep track of multiple projects and priorities at once
Adaptability, able to understand how different profiles/backgrounds require different solutions
