The Learning Manager supports excellence in customer’s experience and fashion expertise, in line with Retail Other Europe’s strategic priorities and projects. The Learning Manager is attached to the Boutique Manager and is part of the managing team of the boutique; in this role you will define the boutique’s learning strategy with the Boutique Manager and the Other Europe Learning team. Combining organization and animation skills with a strong ability to federate, the Learning Manager ensures the support of the teams through a presence on the boutique’s ground to support and train the teams. You will coordinate the creation, expansion and follow the learning plan of the boutiques.

What will you do?Collaborating with Other Europe Learning team:

coordinate and share information and educational/teaching tools in boutiques

participate in the animation from the Learning sessions to the collections and participate in the newcomers’ onboarding to ensure the fluidity of the messages

know how to adjust the learning contents to the boutique’s needs on the demand of the managers, the teams or analysis and remarks while being on the floor

gather and send the boutique’s feedback and report to the Other Europe Learning team

Collaborating with boutique’s management:

build the learning plan of the teams with HR and Learning Team

suggest and organize a schedule of learning sessions in the boutiques regarding the newest products and the boutique’s needs and planning

participate in the deployment of boutique customer’s experience action plans and work closely with the Marketing Team

ensure the successful deployment of strategic projects (IN CHANEL, CHANEL & MOI etc)

Hosting the learning sessions:

host learning sessions in the boutique or in Paris according to the learning plans

invite boutique’s specialists (products experts, customers services, training ambassadors) to complete and co-host the sessions

Driving and following the teams:

manage the onboarding of newcomers

support the teams on the floor and organize one-to-one coaching

support the implementation and monitoring of action plans

validate the Fashion Advisor’s knowledge acquired after a learning session based on observations made while being on the boutique’s ground

make qualitative and quantitative reports frequently and choose KPI’s to evaluate the actions efficiency

Participating in Other Europe commitees:

part of the managing committee of the boutique

part of the Other Europe Learning Committee and the Train the Trainers on the new learning contents

take part in major projects to develop team skills: first customer’s experience, art of customer relations, expertise style, new entrants, etc.

Who are we looking for?

Higher education qualification and at least 5 years of related experience in Fashion. Experience gained within the luxury market is advantageous
