Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, masters or PHD degree is an asset,
- Min. 7 years of experience in retail sector,
- Experience in personal data protection, electronic commerce legislation, lease legislation, competition law etc.,
- Involved in compliance processes,
- Prone to the use of UYAP and technology,
- Experience as a Corporate Lawyer is a plus,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- Prone to team work,
- Strong analytical skills.
Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day corporate matters, including contracts, employment issues, and commercial agreements,
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts,
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, data protection, and industry-specific regulations,
- Collaborate with external counsel when necessary,
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts to the business,
- Draft written opinions regarding draft laws and regulations,
- Build internal compliance teams and manage them,
- Represent the Company in front official authorities and relevant third parties,
- Provide legal training and updates to internal teams regarding compliance and risk management,
- Assist with corporate governance and ensure company policies are in line with legal and regulatory standards,
- Demonstrating legal advice on e-commerce regulation and Company's e-commerce processes.
