, luxury skincare experiences. Responsibilities Provide high-performance, evidence-based aesthetic treatments including:
Advanced facials (Hydrafacial, oxygen infusion, radio frequency lifting) Microneedling (manual and mechanical) Chemical peels (medical-grade) LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage, and sculpting techniques Laser/IPL treatments (if certified) Conduct detailed skin consultations using diagnostic tools and provide custom treatment and skincare plans aligned with longevity and regenerative goals. Partner with medical and
wellness
teams to ensure integrated client care, supporting nutrition, hormonal health, and lifestyle medicine initiatives.
Deliver a seamless, white-glove client journey—maintaining discretion,
empathy
, and meticulous
attention to detail
. Maintain immaculate treatment spaces in line with CQC, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards. Curate and promote retail offerings (cosmeceutical-grade skincare), guiding clients toward long-term skin health. Stay abreast of the latest aesthetic technologies and longevity protocols through ongoing training and CPD. Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 strongly preferred) or international equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury clinic, medispa, or
wellness
center working with advanced treatments and high-profile clientele. Expertise in:
Skin analysis, anti-aging treatments, advanced facials, client
education
, and skin prescription. Presentation:
Impeccable personal appearance and polished demeanor aligned with a luxury brand.
Communication
:
Exceptional verbal and written skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion. Technology-Savvy:
Confident in using clinic software, digital client records, and diagnostic tools. Desirable:
Certification in laser/IPL, radio frequency, body sculpting, or lymphatic drainage. Familiarity with high-end skincare lines Understanding of longevity and biohacking principles (e.g., red light therapy, cryotherapy, etc). Additional language(s) a plus for international clientele.
