Our Aestheticians offer a combination of relaxation andresults-drivenfacials, acne treatments, and chemical peels to our clients. This position is for 25 – 30 hours and must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday and commute to Back Bay on the MBTA (no parking available).
They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial and hand/arm massage skills, strong pressure, as well as skin extraction techniques. Additionally, they should possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific facial treatment offerings.
Because we believe in skincare RESULTS + RELAXATION, we include about 20 minutes of massage in each facial that encompasses face, neck, décolleté, shoulder, hand, and arm.

You will learn modalities such as:
Hydrapurge, Hydra-brasion, Microdermabrasion, LED therapy, Ultrasonic, Microcurrent, Microneedling, and the Green Herbal Peel. You will gain advanced knowledge on the treatment of acne and learn about skincare product ingredients and overallproduct knowledge, including what products work best for various skin types.
Education:
Must hold and maintain a current State license.
Experience:
2 – 3 years verifiable Aesthetics Experience (required)
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
Excellentcommunicationand listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
Must be a team player.
