Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising salon operations
Support and develop hair stylists and team members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding
Work with the Salon Manager to meet revenue goals
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge
Qualifications
Valid state cosmetology or barber license
Leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
