What You’ll Do
Provide expert haircuts, coloring, and styling services to a diverse clientele
Stay current on the latest trends and techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Deliver personalized customer service to build and retain clients
Recommend and upsell salon products and services
Support and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with teammates in a fun, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Valid Illinois cosmetology license
Experience in cutting, coloring, and styling with a strong client track record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Strong retail and upselling abilities
Organized and detail-oriented
