Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients.
Utilize straight razors and other tools for precise haircuts and shaves.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon area.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management or retail sales is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
