We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our dynamic team to take over an existing clientele of a barbershop . As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in various cutting techniques, styling, and customer service will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques including straight razor methods.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming to offer contemporary services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Manage appointments through MINDBODY software to ensure efficient scheduling.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly environment and addressing client inquiries
Skills
Proficient in straight razor techniques and various haircutting styles.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences

Pay: $2,400.00 – $5,600.00 per month
