Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and grooming, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves using straight razors.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. .
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and use of barbering tools.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is preferred.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid barbering license or certification is required.
