As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ appearance and confidence through various hair and grooming services. Your expertise in hair styling, color theory, and nail care will be essential in delivering a comprehensive grooming experience.
Duties
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Utilize hair threading techniques to offer additional grooming options for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet their grooming needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail transactions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling and barbering techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to clearly convey information about services and products.
Familiarity with retail math for effective sales transactions and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations.
