We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the Barbershop.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize various hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and hair threading, to achieve desired results.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their grooming experience.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and best practices in barbering techniques.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Perform makeup application services as needed, ensuring clients leave feeling their best.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or certification from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as a Barber with proficiency in hair styling techniques.
Knowledge of salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
