– Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and understanding their style needs
– Perform a variety of barbering services
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Upsell products and services to clients
-Maintaining cleanliness and compliance according to TDLR
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Opening/ Closing Duties
– Maintaining a valid license to operate

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
– Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
– Knowledge of and the ability to recommend/provide quality styles and services to clients.
– Experience with retail sales in a salon or beauty environment
– Expertise in eyelash extensions application and maintenance
– Familiarity with software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
– Knowledge of straight razor techniques for shaving and grooming
