Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cutting, coloring, and styling hair. . The successful candidate will work closely with our front desk team to manage our salon’s day-to-day operations, including inventory management and retail math.
Duties:
Cut, color, and style hair for clients, including the use of straight razors and other techniques
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and handling payment transactions
Assist with salon operations, including inventory management and retail math
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation standards
Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive and welcoming salon environment
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair and beauty
Participate in continuing education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Barber/Cosmetology license or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Proficiency in retail math and store management
Experience with straight razors and barbering techniques
Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale systems
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Physical stamina to perform duties for extended periods
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Pay: $30,273.00 – $62,058.00 per year
