VanRyn’s Barbershop, located in the historical borough of West Chester, established in 2006 has been proudly serving the West Chester borough and surrounding community for the past 17 years. We are a home town, family oriented barbershop specializing in current and classic men’s haircuts. We have been voted the best in Chester County 4 times in the last 18 years, and we offer a quality haircut in a timely fashion at a great price.
Qualifications & Job Description:
-Licensed Barber/Cosmetologist (1 year experience preferred, but will train and educate the right candidate).
-Must be able to work Saturdays 7am-2pm (Closed Sunday and Monday).
-Must be comfortable with longer hair styles, clipper cuts, and children.
-Must be professional, reliable, and courteous.
-Must be a “team player” and able to work with others.
-Must be able to work overtime when needed (Seasonal & Holidays).
Pay:
$1,000 signing bonus paid through installments after probationary period is over.
-Commission based on experience and productivity.
-Increased commission for overtime worked.
-Gratuity & tips provided by customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $60.00 per hour
