Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are on the search for a stylist who is well at wig installs, sew ins, quick weaves and or willing to get better. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while helping our clients achieve their desired looks in a welcoming and professional environment. Duties
The Main Styles we are looking for is Wig Installs, Sew Ins , Quick Weaves, Ponytails and Lace / Closure Styles.
Provide a variety of hair services, including Wig Installs, cutting, coloring, styling, braiding and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Use salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Mentor junior stylists or interns by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care and styling.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and product recommendations based on color theory and individual needs.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of color theory to create customized color solutions for clients.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
