We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients.
Duties
Provide a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments and maintain client records.
Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Offer nail care services as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive grooming.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on styles and products.
Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, color theory, and hair extensions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Experience
Proven experience in barbering or cosmetology is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management is a plus.
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within the grooming industry.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
A passion for hair styling and an eagerness to learn new techniques in barbering.
