We pay either hourly base OR commission, whichever is higher, plus tips. We provide constant education, have a tight knit team that works together, and a fun relaxed work environment. Both shops are beautifully decorated and have big windows with plants enjoying the sunlight. We also offer health insurance, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the company.
