Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our small town Barbershop & Salon.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Barbering. While also being skilled in additional full service beauty services is also a plus, its not required as our full-time walk-in barber/stylist.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber/Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise all while building a book as well as relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality up to date, trendy haircuts, styles, and color treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records effectively.
Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations within the shop environment.
Be Available during business hours.
Skills
Proficient in barbering and/or cosmetology techniques with a strong focus on hair cutting and styling.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,234.00 – $5,678.00 per hour
