Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. Your expertise in various techniques and styles will be essential in delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and additional services. You will also play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while promoting salon services.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts and shaves using various techniques, including straight razor methods.
Provide grooming services such as beard trimming and styling.
Utilize color theory to offer hair coloring services when requested.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, or hair threading to enhance client experience.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and best practices in barbering techniques.
Assist at the front desk as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the salon.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or certification in accordance with state regulations.
Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of salon software for effective appointment management is preferred.
Familiarity with eyelash extensions, hair threading, or nail care is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering.

Pay: $60,039.00 – $80,529.00 per year
