**Role Overview:**
– Elevate the client experience with each interaction.
– Maintain an active and up-to-date Florida cosmetology and/or barber license.
– Educate clients about Jaxson Maximus’s hair products and available services.
– Perform all Men’s Hair Stylist Services to the Jaxson Maximus standards, as listed in our salon menu.
– Participate in in-house events and high-profile networking engagements.
– Foster enduring customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat visits.
– Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
– Uphold the cleanliness and tidiness of your workstation and the salon.
– Engage actively in team meetings, contributing positively to discussions.
– Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
– Set and pursue personal and professional goals, with regular support and guidance from us.
– Maintain a high level of client retention and satisfaction.

**Requirements for the Role:**
– Valid State of Florida Cosmetology and/or Barber License
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a salon or barber setting
– Proficiency in Men’s Cutting Techniques
– Flexibility to accommodate peak salon hours, including weekends
– Fluent English communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
