We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional service while building lasting relationships with clients in a friendly and welcoming salon environment.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Utilize salon software, specifically Salon Iris, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing retail sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon to ensure a pleasant environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, highlighting, event styles and razor cuts.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Retail sales experience is a plus to enhance client service offerings.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of hairstyling.
