Addison Healthcare Centeris seeking a Licensed Beautician / Hairdresser. This is an independently contracted position working 1 day a week to bring joy to our residents!
Have the luxury of making your own set schedule and pricing sheet for services!
If you are enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a passion for working with the elderly, then we would love to have youjoin our team!
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Performing the most amazing beauty services to the satisfaction of our residents.
Haveflexible schedulingso that the needs of our residents can be met.
Properly complete billing forms in a manner consistent with services rendered and based on your previously provided service charges.
Maintain effective cleanliness in the beauty shop. Have fun, dance around a little, enjoy the atmosphere, but please sweep the hair.
And most importantly, while maintainingprofessionalism, you must be able to bring a smile and a great laugh!
Requirements:
Licensed Beautician in the state of Ohio
Must have or be able to obtain liability insurance
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Prior experience as a beautician or barber
Prior experience in a healthcare facility or working with the elderly preferred
