Schedule & Requirements
Part-time, 1-4 days a week (no Mondays)
6-hour shifts (9am-3pm)
Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
Reliable transportation
Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (no sponsorship needed)
Benefits and Compensation
50% commission per service + tips
Built-in clientele; all products and equipment provided
W-2 employment with unemployment insurance

Average earnings of $21/hour based on commission structure
Duties
Provide a range of cosmetology services (haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets)
Understand client needs and offer personalized recommendations
Upsell products and services
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Manage social media to promote services and engage with the community
Deliver excellent hospitality to clients
Experience
Proven cosmetologist experience
Strong guest service skills and rapport building
Experience with senior clients, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs, is desirable
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Additional Information
Follow all safety guidelines per state, federal, and CDC regulations
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly
