As a Blow Dry Bar Stylist, you’ll specialize in blowouts, updos, curls, and straight styles—no cuts or color. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality blowouts, dry styles, and updos according to client preferences and brand standards
Consult with clients to recommend styles based on face shape, hair type, and event needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations and salon areas
Promote and upsell products used during services
Deliver exceptional customer service to build client loyalty
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques
Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive, fun salon atmosphere
Qualifications:
Valid state cosmetology license
Proficiency in blowouts, curling, flat ironing, and updos
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong time management and communication skills
Previous blow dry bar or salon experience is a plus
