About the Role
We are hiring a Level 2+ Full-Time Stylist who has demonstrated consistent growth in guest retention, technical skill, and productivity. This is a key opportunity for a driven stylist ready to elevate their career and thrive in a high-performing, team-focused salon environment.
What You’ll Do
– Perform haircutting, coloring, blowouts, and specialty hair services
– Deliver exceptional consultations and maintain strong guest retention
– Prebook guests and recommend professional retail for at-home care
– Meet and exceed salon KPIs including productivity and retail benchmarks
– Collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
– Support a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment

What We’re Looking For
– Current Florida Cosmetology License (required)
– 1–3+ years of in-salon experience
– Track record of growing clientele and meeting performance goals
