Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair cutting, styling, and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality services while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Duties
Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation procedures.
Utilize Gloss Genius software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in men’s hair, fading ect.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a valid cosmetology or barber license. New stylist/barbers encouraged to apply as well.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Willingness to learn.

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
