We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our team (part or full time). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong understanding of hair care and styling techniques, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services to clients
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Offer expert advice on hair care, product recommendations, and styling tips
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for every client
Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and fun salon atmosphere
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education
Build and maintain a loyal clientele
Adhere to salon policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (at least 2 years preferred)
Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
Clean, organized, and able to manage your workspace effectively
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
Passion for ongoing education and staying current with industry trends
