Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling beautiful and satisfied. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Apply eyelash extensions and hair extensions as requested by clients.
Provide nail care services, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing your knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
Skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience with eyelash extensions, hair extensions, barbering, and nail care is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for efficient operations.
Strong upselling skills to promote additional services and products effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to build rapport with clients.
Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all practices.
