As a service provider at Graeber & Company, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our guests. We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about providing excellent services and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of hair, skin, and makeup services with precision and creativity, including but not limited to:
Customized hair coloring techniques
Hair extensions and treatments
Tailored haircuts for diverse clientele
Bridal hair and makeup services (If applicable)
Consistently uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative and cutting-edge services
Adhere to eco-friendly practices and utilize vegan products in all services
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon facilities
Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license in the state of Idaho
Proven experience as a cosmetologist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for eco-friendly beauty practices and commitment to using vegan products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
