We are seeking a talented and motivated Salon Assistant to join our team. As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the salon operations and providing exceptional customer service. – Assist stylists and technicians with various salon services, including shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair
– Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with supplies
– Greet clients and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
– Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s appointment book using salon software
– Sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment
– Assist with hair color application, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and other salon treatments as needed
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
– Promote retail sales by recommending products that meet clients’ hair care needs
– Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
“`Qualifications“`
– Previous experience working in a salon or customer service-oriented environment is preferred
– Knowledge of color theory, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and other salon services is a plus
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling appointments is desirable
– A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow professionally
